Second Skin Tattoo Aftercare

When:

The first application will be placed on the tattoo immediately after finishing the tattoo. It can remain on for up to 48 hours. A second application can be worn for 3-5 days.

Products Needed:

You can purchase the extra slip of Saniderm/Second Skin and apply your self or book an appointment to replace it.

Instructions:

If you choose to replace yourself, gently remove the original slip while in a warm shower to help loosen the adhesive; after removal wash with liquid, fragrance-free antibacterial soap. Once out of the shower, pat dry with a paper towel and place the second slip on your tattoo. After the 5th day remove the Saniderm, as previously instructed, and use a dime-quarter size drop of unscented lotion to keep moisturized throughout the day.

**Do not wear Saniderm for more than 7 consecutive days.**
