SERVICE POLICIES
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional working relationship between Brescia Brazil and her clients. By booking any service or commission, you agree to the following:
Consultations & Booking

Advance Notice:
Mural and illustration consultations must be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow time for preparation and concept development. -
Project Descriptions:
When booking, please include a clear description of your idea, reference images, and any relevant details such as size, location, timeline, or theme. -
Custom Service Requests:
If the service you need (e.g., makeup for productions, book illustration, etc.) isn't listed in the shop or booking system, please use the contact form to reach out with details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Required:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any service. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable fee. -
Artist-Initiated Reschedules:
In the rare case that Brescia must reschedule, clients will be notified as early as possible, and a new date will be arranged promptly.
Turnaround Time & Deadlines

Timelines Vary:
Completion timelines depend on the complexity of the project and current workload. Deadlines discussed during consultation will be honored whenever possible. -
Rush Requests:
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance.
Right to Refuse Service
Brescia Brazil reserves the right to decline any project or service request that conflicts with her personal ethics, values, or artistic integrity. This includes but is not limited to work that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harmful ideologies, or content that goes against her belief in inclusivity, empathy, and human dignity.
All collaborations are built on mutual respect, and Brescia strives to create a safe, positive, and empowering environment for all clients and projects.
Client Responsibility

Providing Accurate Information:
Please be thorough and clear in your initial descriptions and communication. The more information you provide, the better the final outcome. -
Professional Conduct:
Brescia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior.
Artistic Integrity & Revisions

Respect for Creative Vision:
Brescia takes pride in interpreting your ideas with her unique artistic voice. While she welcomes collaboration, all final designs reflect her creative vision. -
Revisions:
Small revisions may be included depending on the service. Major changes after approval of sketches or concepts may require additional fees.
Deposits & Payment

Deposits Required:
Some bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin work. The deposit will go toward the final cost of your project. -
Final Payment:
Full payment is due before delivery or at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
