Customer Care

We value every supporter of Brescia Brazil’s work and strive to provide thoughtful, personalized service. If you have questions about your order, artwork details, or services offered, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the contact form or email listed on the site. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Your experience matters, and we’re here to make sure it’s a great one.

Bookings & Commission 

Bookings for murals, illustrations, and other custom services require clear communication and a written agreement. A deposit may be required to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable once project prep has begun. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours' notice.

Custom commissions may involve consultation periods and prep time. Please review service details carefully before booking. Final timelines and pricing will be discussed during the consultation.

Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork, booking services, or commissioning Brescia Brazil, you agree to the following terms:

  • All original artworks, digital products, and services are the intellectual property of Brescia Brazil.

  • Commissions and custom work are for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been purchased and clearly agreed upon in writing.

  • Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the project. Any delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

  • Brescia reserves the right to decline commissions or bookings that conflict with her values, safety, or artistic integrity.

PRODUCTS & REFUNDS

Artwork Usage & Licensing

Personal Use Only (Default for All Orders)
Unless otherwise specified, all commissioned work, prints, and digital downloads are sold for personal use only. This means:

  • You may display, gift, or use the work for personal enjoyment.

  • You may not resell, reproduce, or use the work for business, branding, merchandise, or promotional materials without a commercial license.

Commercial Use
If you are interested in using Brescia Brazil’s artwork or services for a business, publication, film, or product, a separate commercial agreement and license must be purchased. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Book illustrations (self-published or traditional)

  • Business logos or branding

  • Merchandise (clothing, stickers, prints)

  • Advertising or marketing materials

  • Film or theater productions

Commercial pricing is based on usage, distribution, and scope. Please reach out with project details to receive a personalized quote and licensing agreement.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (such as coloring pages, printables, etc.) are non-refundable. If you have any issues accessing your digital file, we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Returns

Art prints and physical items are packaged with care and shipped via trusted carriers. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production and fulfillment unless otherwise stated.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of many of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
